I am Sue Landsberg, founder of Inner Happy. I now live in Ireland having spent many years in South Africa.

I am passionate about supporting you to live a happy and healthy life.

I struggled with social and general anxiety and self compassion and mindfulness training transformed my life so positively that I now share it to support others.
