The Integrative EQ Development workshops are built from 5×2,5 hour long modules, based on our childhood development stages and aim at creating strength, stability, joyfulness in us.
The modules are:

2. LOVE -Love yourself for who you are
3. PURPOSE -Live purposefully
4. BEYOND -Step into your very own life
5. UNIQUE -Dare to be your own unique brand
Each 2,5 hour workshops will guide you to identify and release deep routed belief systems that are no longer serving you, centred around the workshop’s theme. It is ideal to attend all five workshops to experience the full benefit of this program.
